Crackers lentils
Today we bring you some lentil crackers very easy to prepare and more nutritious than we can buy in a supermarket.
INGREDIENTS lentil crackers
- 150g pardina lentils.
- 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds.
- Pepper to taste.
- Smoked sea salt (Normal sea salt also serves).
- 2 teaspoons of ground flax seeds.
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme.
- 100g water.
- 20g AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
PREPARATION
- In a food processor, we put the lentils and grind at maximum speed for about 1 half minute or until flour stays.
- Preheat oven to 170ºCE
- in a bowl, Lentil flour mix, and the remaining dry ingredients, that is to say, everything but water and oil. Stir well to integrate all.
- Add the water and oil and mix with hands or a shovel until a homogeneous mass.
- It is a mass that is initially somewhat clammy, but on standing about 20 minutes at room temperature be better to stretch without sticking.
- We stretched using a roll the dough on a baking paper and then we cut into squares or rectangles, for example.
