INGREDIENTS
- 200g dried red lentils
- 80g carrots

- 1 canned coconut milk (400g)

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon curry powder (or to taste)
- black pepper to taste
- 300g water (approximately)
PREPARATION cream or dip of red lentils
- In a pot we put olive oil, but we keep a little (about 10g) for later. medium heat.
