Table Pizza quinoa

INGREDIENTS pizza dough quinoa
- Water for soaking
- 200g quinoa dry
- 25ml Water
- 5g AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- oregano to taste
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
PREPARATION
- Put in a bowl the water soak with quinoa and left for at least 4 hours soaking.
