Many will be thinking what's this muffin harvesting? As well, you've probably ever prepared Quinoa, I bring you Sobrado and you knew not to do with it, and this is one of those recipes that do not throw anything and that we can well serve quinoa to make a cocoa muffins for our breakfast, for example.

INGREDIENTS for a muffin scandal
- 285 g quinoa cooked
- 2 ripe bananas
- 15g pure cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoonful and 1/2 cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoonful and 1/2 baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 25g AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
- Ounces white chocolate or black (optional)
PREPARATION
- We introduce all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and grind a few minutes until a homogeneous texture.
- We split the mass into molds of muffins or cupcakes and optionally one ounce put in each cupcake, pressing a bit to stay hidden by mass.
- We introduce in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and let 20-30 minutes. The best way to know that it is so is to introduce a thin stick into the cupcake and see what comes out dry.
