Lentil crunchy snack
Today we bring you a snack of lentils, very healthy and great for a snack or even put in a salad and crusty.

Ingredients for a delicious snack of lentils
- 200g lentils
- sea salt flakes
- A few sprigs fresh thyme (If fresh is not possible, dry also serves)
PREPARATION
- We lentils soak overnight or a 8-12h.
- Drain them and scatter on a baking tray. On one side of the same tray we put a few sprigs of fresh thyme.
- With a preheated oven at 180 degrees, introduced for a 45 minutes about.
- Remove from oven and deshojamos branches of thyme over the lentils and pour salt to taste.
