INGREDIENTS for a vegan sobrassada
- 150g anacardos
- 150g lentils cooked and drained
- 70g of dried tomatoes and hydrated
- 50g roasted pepper
- 1 heaping teaspoon paprika (It can be sweet if you do not like spicy)
PREPARATION
- We cashews in a food processor and grind for approximately one 5 minutes, with stops in between to lower what is on the walls. there are no Cashew granules but already somewhat integrated, although it is not necessary to make it as a cashew butter.
- Add the remaining ingredients and grind 1-2 minutes until it is integrated.
- Serve on a taken bread and enjoy.
