INGREDIENTS salt cake
- 150g crackers integrales
- 120g butter and a little more for the mold

- 400g cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 20g lime juice
- 40g peeled skinless pistachios
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
