A cold salt cake that want a lot these days so cool spring that is. Let the recipe!

 

INGREDIENTS salt cake

  • 150g crackers integrales
  • 120g butter and a little more for the mold
  • 200g White beans
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 20g lime juice
  • 40g peeled skinless pistachios
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

 

PREPARATION

  1. Extends a little butter on a 26cm round cake pan a diameter.
