Rice drink
Today we prepared a rice drink, very nutritious and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- 100g round rice.
- 1L of water and something to wash and cook.
- 6 dates.
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
PREPARATION rice drink
- We rice in a bowl with water to let soak for at least 1 hour.
- After this time we rinsed rice and clarified.
- In a saucepan we will cook the rice with fresh water, do not worry about the amount of water, although it is important that the rice does not dry before it is soft, but plenty of water will use later for drinking.
- Strain the rice if it has been soupy and reserve the water.
- Rice put in a blender link, along with dates, cinnamon and a liter of rice (This is where you use the cooking water and fill with fresh water up to the liter).
- Grind at maximum speed for 2 minutes about.
- In this point, If you have a powerful blender and you have been thin so you can leave, but if you want an even finer drink can use a cloth strainer. In this case we have no cast and is perfect for drinking or making other preparations like the one we will bring next week.
