Super spongy cake without flour
If you want to prepare a good healthy cake for breakfast without using flour and it is very fluffy, this is your recipe. It has a texture that almost melts in your mouth, but it is a firm piece to hold it with hands.
INGREDIENTS for super sponge cake without flour
- 400g cooked chickpeas
- 10 pitted dates
- 1 ripe banana
- 50g AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 3 eggs
- 10ml lemon juice
- 1 packet of yeast
- 2-3 heaping teaspoons ground cinnamon
PREPARATION
- We put in a food processor or blender the dates, AOVE and bananas and grind a few seconds at medium-high speed.
- Add the remaining ingredients and grind a few minutes until a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour onto a baking sheet and optionally decorate with sheets of banana and a little cinnamon dusted.
- Introduced in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, during 40 minutes approximately or until knife inserted see leaving dry.
