Greek yogurt cake
Today we bring you a cake made with Greek yogurt, to create a creamier mixture, with a touch of lemon (which also can be exchanged for orange or even mix shells of half a lemon and half an orange, for example).
We have used our flour “Special fine cuisine and pastries” so that the result is better.
And now, We go with the recipe!
INGREDIENTS
- The peel of a lemon, only part yellow. (Or a medium orange)
- 60g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200g Flour “Special fine cuisine and pastries”
- 1 Y 1/2 Natural Greek Yogurt
- 85g AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 chemical tablespoon baking powder
PREPARATION
- In a blender or food processor we introduce lemon peel and sugar and pulverize at maximum speed for a few seconds, until there are no more pieces of shell.
- Add eggs, the flour, the yogurt, AOVE and salt and mix at medium speed until a homogeneous mixture we.
- Finally add the yeast and turn to mix a few seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a greased mold and introduce oil baked, preheated to 180 °, for about 25 minutes.
- Let cool, unmold and enjoy 😉
