Spaghetti with red pesto
Today we have prepared a spaghetti with red sauce pesto, for its simplicity when preparing it and for how rich it is with a few simple touches of a blender.

INGREDIENTS
- 200g spaghetti
- 15-20g dried tomatoes
- 25g pine nuts
- 110g Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Äôve)
- 5-10g parmesan (And a little more to decorate if desired)
PREPARATION
- We hydrate the dried tomatoes in water.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
- Once the tomatoes are hydrated, We drain them and put them in the blender together with the pine nuts, EVOO and Parmesan. We grind until the sauce is left with very small pieces of tomato as you can see in the photo.
- We mix the spaghetti with the red pesto sauce in a pan so that the pasta takes temperature and serve.
As you see an easy recipe, perhaps one of the simplest, but that looks great.
