Legourmet garbanzos artichokes
This week we bring you a delicious dish easy to prepare and very full Nutritionally, because with chickpeas we cover our share of carbohydrates and proteins, AOVE with healthy fats and artichokes ration of vegetables that must be present on our plates.
Ingredients for a delicious bowl of chickpea Legourmet with Artichokes
- 400g chickpeas Legourmet MIAU
- 5 artichokes
- 35g AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- Maldon salt
- Pepper
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 3-4 sprigs fresh thyme (leaves only)
PREPARATION
- We put water in a saucepan over high heat.
- While, clean artichokes. Cut the stems, remove the outer leaves until we see that the leaves have a whitish green color and slightly cut the top of the artichoke.
- We introduced in water artichokes and cook them for about 15-20 minutes about, when pierced with knife . We drain them and reserve.
- In a bowl we put the AOVE, the pepper, chopped into small pieces or crushed garlic and rosemary leaves, stir to mix the ingredients and reserve at least 10 minutes for the oil to take full flavor.
- In a baking tray placed artichokes, opening some leaves) and chickpeas (rinsed and drained).
- Pour the mixture over oil ensuring that between the inside of the showerhead.
- We put the above salt flakes.
- Introduced in the oven, preheated to 200 °, for about 30-40 minutes and presto!.
