Quinoa Burgers
Menudas burgers we have prepared, very simple and suitable for those who can not take gluten, since Quinoa is a pseudo cereal that does not contain gluten.
INGREDIENTS
- 400g quinoa
- 1L vegetable broth
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1-2cm ginger root
- 100g cooked beet
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal

PREPARATION
- We cook quinoa with vegetable broth medium-low heat until we see that the quinoa grains comes out a transparent ring around.
- On the other hand in a blender we put the onion, the garlics, ginger (without skin), beets and grind.
- Add the cooked quinoa and we slowly grinding.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the beaten eggs, the flour, salt and pepper and mix well.
- We refrigerate a few hours to make it easier to assemble burgers.
