Quinoa Burgers

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g quinoa
  • 1L vegetable broth
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1-2cm ginger root
  • 100g cooked beet
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons oatmeal

PREPARATION

  1. We cook quinoa with vegetable broth medium-low heat until we see that the quinoa grains comes out a transparent ring around.
  2. On the other hand in a blender we put the onion, the garlics, ginger (without skin), beets and grind.
  3. Add the cooked quinoa and we slowly grinding.
  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the beaten eggs, the flour, salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. We refrigerate a few hours to make it easier to assemble burgers.
