Hummus lentils and eggplant
This week we bring you a lentil hummus and eggplant that you will love. Just two steps and presto!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Medium-sized eggplant
- 400g cooked lentils
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice 2 small lemons
- 60g of natural yoghurt sugarless
- 30g water
- 10g of sesame seeds
- 70g AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION lentil hummus and eggplant
- Eggplant cut longitudinally in half and each half wrap it in plastic wrap. We put it in the microwave 10 minutes.
- We put the eggplant and remaining ingredients in a food processor or food processor and grind for 1 minute at maximum speed.
And so, in just two steps, We get a spectacular and very healthy humus.
