Cooking with MIAU
Pizza dough GLUTEN, pea flour
Today we turn to bring a pizza dough gluten and cereal flours, this time with peas.

INGREDIENTS pizza dough
- 250g Dried green peas MIAU
- 1 on yeast dry powder (7g)
- 85g of beer or water
- 4and the AOVE (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 1 egg
- Pepper (to taste)
- will (to taste)
PREPARATION
- We peas in a food processor or powerful robot and grind at high speed for about 2 minutes.
- Add the yeast and mix a few seconds.
- Add the remaining ingredients and knead for 1 minute. If you have no kneading function perfectly you can do it manually.
- We extend our dough on baking sheet and introduce in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, during 7 minutes.
- We remove from the oven and put the ingredients that we like: Ketchup, cheese, vegetables,… We introduced back into the oven for 7 minutes.
- Ready to serve and enjoy.
