Chia raspberry jam
Chia is a seed with many advantages Nutritionally, high in protein and in fiber and a good source of omega 3. To moisten forms a gel, so to make jams at the instant it is wonderful that so we avoid having to use large amounts of sugar and can have a healthy homemade jam in a few minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 250g raspberries (with strawberries also looks good)
- 2 tablespoons 1/2 of chia seed
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
Preparation of marmalade
- We raspberries in a saucepan over medium-high. (If you use thermomix, a 100º).
- With a fork or potato presser, We crush raspberries, and let stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chia seeds and stir. We let heat for another 2-3 minutes and presto!
- Now if you want you can add the sweetener you prefer. Store it in a jar and fridge.
Note: You can also freeze. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and will be perfect.
