Chickpeas and potatoes with shiitake mushrooms curry

INGREDIENTS
- 4 large potatoes cooked and peeled.
- 200g tender peas cooked.
- 250-300g de seta shiitake.

PREPARATION
- Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry with a little EVOO and salt over high heat.
